About Raquel StarHawk
Healing, ceremony, sound and the journey back to self
I’m Raquel StarHawk — a spiritual healing facilitator, intuitive practitioner, ceremony facilitator, musician and the creator of the Spiritual Freedom Protocol.
My work has grown through years of exploring healing, energy, sound, spirituality and the deeper layers of what shapes our human experience.
At the heart of everything I offer is one simple intention:
To help people release what no longer serves them, reconnect with themselves and move forward with greater clarity, freedom and sovereignty.
My Journey
My path into healing did not begin with the intention of becoming a practitioner.
Like many meaningful journeys, it unfolded through my own experiences, questions, challenges and desire to understand what lies beneath the surface of our lives.
I have always been drawn to the unseen — to intuition, energy, consciousness, the natural world, music and the deeper spiritual dimensions of human experience.
Over time, this curiosity became practice.
Practice became experience.
And experience gradually became the work I now share with others.
Along the way, I have worked with energetic healing, Spirit Releasement Therapy, soul retrieval and journey work, sound healing, drumming, ceremony, intuitive guidance and other forms of spiritual exploration.
Each has contributed something valuable to the way I work today.
From Spirit Releasement Therapy to The Spiritual Freedom Protocol
Spirit Releasement Therapy formed an important part of my earlier work and taught me a great deal about energetic boundaries, subtle influences and the complexity of the human energy field.
But over time, something began to change.
Through facilitating many sessions, I found that what people experience energetically cannot always be reduced to the idea of spirit or entity attachment.
Sometimes the deeper layers involve stagnant energy, emotional imprints, thought forms, energetic cords, ancestral patterns, old agreements, unresolved experiences or simply areas of the energetic system that need restoration and balance.
That understanding eventually led me to develop the Spiritual Freedom Protocol.
The protocol represents the evolution of my work into something broader, gentler and more comprehensive.
Rather than beginning with the question:
“What needs to be removed?”
I prefer to ask:
“What is asking to be understood, healed, released or restored?”
That distinction has become fundamental to the way I work.
Healing Through Sovereignty
I do not believe spiritual healing should make us afraid of the unseen.
And I do not believe a person should feel dependent upon a healer to remain energetically safe or well.
My approach is centred around sovereignty, discernment and personal responsibility.
The intention of a session is not to give your power to somebody else.
It is to help you reconnect with it.
Whether I am working through energetic clearing, soul retrieval, sound, ceremony or intuitive guidance, I aim to create a compassionate space in which you can explore what may be ready to shift while remaining deeply connected to your own choices, boundaries and inner wisdom.
The Many Threads of My Work
My work is not limited to one modality.
Music and rhythm are a profound part of my life, and drumming and sound naturally became part of the healing and ceremonial spaces I facilitate.
I am also deeply connected to earth-based spirituality and the understanding that healing does not happen separately from the natural world.
Nature reminds us how to ground.
Music reminds us how to feel.
Ceremony reminds us how to mark change.
Inner work reminds us who we are beneath everything we have accumulated along the way.
These threads — energy, sound, ceremony, intuition, nature and sovereignty — come together in the way I work today.
Who I Am Beyond the Work
I’m not interested in presenting myself as someone who has reached some perfect spiritual destination.
I’m human.
I feel deeply. I learn. I question. I laugh. I struggle. I create. I grow.
Your current line:
“It’s me! All of me. The good, the bad, the ugly and beautiful.”
is actually something I would keep, because it brings your personality into what could otherwise become a very polished professional page. Your present page already has this wonderfully human tone.
I would simply refine it to:
It’s me — all of me. The good, the difficult, the messy and the beautiful.
I believe life is here to be experienced.
Healing is not about becoming perfectly peaceful, perfectly spiritual or somehow untouched by life.
It is about becoming increasingly able to meet life as yourself.
To feel.
To learn.
To release.
To choose again.
And to keep returning to the part of yourself that knows who you are.
Why People Work With Me
People arrive at this work for many different reasons.
Some feel stuck in repeating patterns.
Some are moving through major life changes.
Some feel energetically depleted or disconnected.
Others simply have a sense that something deeper is asking for their attention.
You do not need to have all the answers before you begin.
You only need the willingness to explore.
My role is not to tell you who you are or what your path should be.
It is to hold a grounded, compassionate space in which greater clarity, healing and reconnection can emerge.
Come As You Are
Come to heal. Come to release. Come to remember.
There is no perfect version of yourself you need to become before beginning this work.
Healing, to me, is often less about becoming somebody new and more about removing what obscures the person who has been there all along.
If you feel ready to explore what may be asking for healing, release or deeper understanding, you are welcome here.
