Terms, Refunds & Privacy Policy
By booking a service or using raquelstarhawk.com, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Who These Services Are For
You must be 18 years or older to book a service.
Our services are offered for spiritual and personal growth purposes only.
They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.
2. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Paystack.
We do not store or have access to your credit card information.
3. Refunds & Cooling-Off Rights
Services Not Rendered
If a service cannot be delivered due to a technical issue or fault on our side, you will receive a full refund.
Cooling-Off Period (Online Purchases)
In line with South African law, you may cancel an online purchase within 7 days, provided the service has not yet started and access has not been granted.
Once a service has begun with your consent, or digital content has been accessed, the cooling-off right no longer applies.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
One-on-One Coaching & Healing Sessions
(Where a specific appointment time is booked)
More than 48 hours’ notice:
Full refund or reschedule.24–48 hours’ notice:
50% cancellation fee.Less than 24 hours’ notice or no-show:
Up to 100% of the session fee may be forfeited.
These fees reflect reserved time and preparation costs and are applied in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.
Spirit Releasement Therapy
(Including Emergency Clearings)
Spirit releasement therapy is different from scheduled sessions. Preparation and energetic work may begin shortly after booking and may occur at an undefined time.
Standard Spirit Releasement Sessions
Cancelled within 48 hours of booking:
Full refund.Cancelled after 48 hours:
A reasonable cancellation fee (up to the full service fee) may apply to reflect work already performed.
Emergency Spirit Releasement Clearings (24–48 Hour Delivery)
Emergency clearings are sold on the basis that the work will take place within 24 to 48 hours of booking.
Because preparation and energetic work begin almost immediately:
Cancellations after booking may not qualify for a refund, or
May be subject to a reasonable cancellation fee of up to 100% of the service fee, as permitted by law.
By booking an emergency clearing, you acknowledge that the service may begin shortly after payment, which can limit refund eligibility.

All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing via:

5. Digital Content & Change of Mind
Once digital content (such as recorded workshops, rituals, or consultations) has been delivered or accessed, refunds are generally not offered for change of mind, unless required by law.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed via Paystack to the original payment method:
Usually within 7–10 business days, and
No later than 15 business days, as required by South African law.
7. Intellectual Property
All rituals, workshops, courses, written materials, and recordings are the intellectual property of Raquel StarHawk.
They are provided for personal use only and may not be recorded, copied, shared, or redistributed without written permission.
8. Privacy & Personal Information (POPIA)
We respect your privacy and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
What We Collect
We only collect information needed to deliver our services, such as:

Email address
Phone number
Payments
Payment information is handled securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not see or store your card details.
Your Rights
You have the right to:
Access the personal information we hold about you
Request correction or deletion of your information
Object to certain types of processing
Withdraw consent where applicable
You may also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa if you believe your information is being handled unlawfully.
